Great movie I just saw with my 12 yr old son. We both loved it. I would not recommend taking children under 8 though due to some comic book style violence and minor nudity.
That being said, the special effects were sweet, and the story made sense and was easily followed. The chemistry between Paltrow and Downey was really interesting. It was definitely better than the latest Fantastic Four movie, and I would go as far as to say it was better than Spiderman 3.
