Good action Sci-Fi

Didn't like how it began. The action was great. Great special effects. Some of the effects reminded me of Transformers. My young son loved it, but said "I wish Arnold was in it". I would like to see more of the actual taking over of the planet, and how the world got to the point of 2018 instead of all the sudden 2018. Overall, a fan of all the terminators including this one..
Yes, I recommend this movie.
