I felt if you hadn't read the book then you would not have a clue of what was going on. I love this book series and I felt walking away from the movie that I had a better sense of the char's then the director did. I love Bella and Edwards romance and how long it took to get there in the book, the movie just skips right there. I hated the classroom scene, I felt like it a was a SNL script being acted out for a laugh.
I would give the second movie a chance if there is one, in hopes that they do a better job.
