Melodramatic, tedious and confusing. Like, why was the scientist grafting dog's heads in the first place? Was it a hobby, an interest he picked up during his residency? What possessed him to come to the middle of nowhere Canada to perform operations in a Winnebago? Was it just to help the psycho Russian organ transplant guy and his lover? And, speaking of psycho Russian organ transplant guy, if he was gay, why show him in the pool checking out the girl's bod if it's her head he was after? Red herring or gaff? Should have shown him spying on her combing her hair.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
