I'm in a technical field (MS from MIT), and an acquaintance who is a chemist at a very large company told me that if he detects that a candidate he is interviewing for a position is a "YEC" (his term) he would not want to hire that person regardless of any relevant previous experience and work she might have!
We used to call that religious discrimination! I'm amazed we live in a day when he felt safe to openly state that policy without any shame (or fear).
An excellent and much needed documentary about a significant freedom that is being taken away before our eyes by iron-fisted scientists and educators. We should be able to have peacable and rational debates about whether scientific evidence "proves" that the Bible is a lie. As Ben Stein asks, "Are we still free to disagree about the meaning of life?"
