Solid Movie & Another Lead-in to Avengers

Thor was solid & very entertaining. It covered a lot of ground in 2 hours to prep the Asgardian connection & to build the background story for the audience. This a solid production with great effects & holds pretty closely to what I recall of the comic book.I loved it having been a Thor fan at some point & my wife loved it knowing nothing about the comics & very little about the basic myths. This movie is one of many character builds for the Avengers movie (Hulk, Iron Man, Thor, Captain America) which will use the same actors. Definitely a must see at the theater to get the full effect.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
