Ben Stein's research was appreciated and needed. I have read many books documenting events, places, and people of the Bible. The majority of the events, places, and people of the Bible have been archaeologically proven. Darwinism was/is a theory with no proof. Stein's questions to the darwinists were answered with "it could have, what if, suppose, some believe, I think." None offered concrete proof. When pushed, the darwinists became defensive. They insisted they had answered a question when they had not answered the question and became annoyed when pushed. None could come close to explaining what happened before "something evolved" without clinging to a guess. Stein's patience was impressive. Even when physically present in the places of horror for his Jewish lineage, he was calm and professional in the face of people who still believe the inhumanitarian treatment was justified. The harshest words in this segment, unneeded eaters, (unneeded might not be the right word), would have been so insulting for a Jewish person and his face and tone remained that of a professional researcher. Stein could have asked if these unneeded eaters were eating undeserved food prior to their capture when they were involved in successfull productive jobs and contributing positively to society. Stein has placed a "burden of proof" on the shoulders of the Smithsonian, the halls of academia, atheists, religion bashers, and darwinists. I would like to see these people rise to the occasion. If anyone wants to read proof of Bible events, places, people, Josh McDowell's "Evidence that Demands a Verdict" is a great place to start. He started out as an atheist and became a believer. I give darwinists no credit. Darwin himself started with a theory but never proved it. None of his followers, his believers, (is darwinism a religion, is he a god?) have attempted concrete proof. Is intelligence based on adopting a theory and expounding upon that theory without any facts? Darwinists want only to have us buy in to what they preach. They are demanding "faith" in their theories while bashing the faith of those who believe in a Creator. My belief system encourages believers to question, study, and research.
Connection to the beliefs of darwinism through film footage and music was impressive. This connection is appropriate with world problems today.
