The only thing clumsy about the movie was the narcicist Dawkins laughable attempt at explaining how life began. Basically, highly evolved aliens spread the "seeds" for life many moons ago, before there were moons, I guess. Of course this betrays Mr. Dawkins ultimate committment, and that is a spiritual one, rather than scientific. While he and his ilk are quick to point to events in Genesis as pure fantasy, when faced with the absolute need for a Designer they are willing to turn to the Sci Fi channel for their ontology. This is an excellent movie that shows not only the viciousness of the Darwinian establishment, but the fragility of the theory itself. Many brilliant scholars have done fascinating and complex work on a foundation, that as it turns out is more and more suspect. And when pushed to answer the most basic question about first life the chief "apostle" for Darwinian theory today reverts to "panspermia"! One must be educated into such imbecility!
