An Eye Opener !

Contagion was a real eye opener. It was unbelievable how fast a virus can spread. The little everyday occurancs we all experience are a catalyst for a world wide epidemic. the story in this film was so compelling, i was on the edge of my seat following the action. It really is incredible how hard the agencies work to trace the virus back to patient zero. I can really appreciate how extensive the work is that goes on without our knowing it.
At one point during the movie, someone in the audience sneezed and you could hear nervous laughter all throughout the theater.
This was a wake up call to us all to be more careful with our personal hygene. Be safe.

MIND BLOWING ! I loved this film. I love the challenge of alternate realities and this film takes you on a ride that you never want to get off of. The actors were perfectly cast and the action scenes and special effects were off the charts. Excellent writing and execution of the story. You will not want to miss this one. and what ever you do, don't blink ,you can't miss a second. The perfect picture for the I-Max screen. Definitely will see this one again.

This latest offering from the Star Trek franchise is absolutley mind blowing. This film was made for the I-Max format. All the special effects, the fight scenes and close encounters made you feel like you are part of the movie. I was totally engrossed from start to finish. After 40 years of following the Star Trek saga across the universe, i felt totally satisfied and can't wait for the next 2 or 3 films with this very deserving new cast of actors. I kind of felt sorry for newbies but, then again, the movie stands on it's own and anyone will enjoy this 2 hour thrill ride on into the future. Kudos to J.J.Abrams for a fantanstic rendering of a timeless series.
