Outstanding music and voices brilliantly acted
drama. Music and orchestra gorgeous, melodious. A storyline that is both relevant and provacative today as in the year 1556. Herosim, loyalty, love, betrayal, despotic rule and philosphical questions that continue to haunt us today. The trios, ensembles, duets are powerful, dramatic. The opera was moving and an experience I won't soon forget. Norine

Dazzling exhilerating portrait of TALENT!

Don Pasquale is a must see!
The music melodious, jaunty, energetic , sweet, the cast are gorgeous ingenious in their interpretation of their characters, perfectly cast, the solos and ensemble singing both complex and harmonic are perfecction, the acting is energetic, zesty and comedic, the staging is an engineering wonder, the costumes, sets and use of color are a party in one's eye -a painting come to life.
One need know nothing about opera to be amazed by the enormous talent and their artful comedy. The music? Jimmy Levine need I say more?
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Despite tech difficulties due to satellite transmission, Turandot was 'dazzling, exciting and breathtaking. The performances were perfection sending chills and thrills to through the audience!
