This movie was powerful, riveting and very disturbing all at the same time. I loved Precious' tenacity and determination to make a better life for herself and her children despite the fact that she had NO good parental role models in her life. By the end of the movie, my girlfriends and I were rooting for her to succeed. This movie is a must see for anyone who thinks that they can't do anything that they put their mind to.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
