IMAX 3-D. This movie was a great experience. I'm a special effects geek, and I was totally fascinated by the look and feel of this movie. The Pandora plant life, forest, animals, everything were very believable. The story line (kind of a "Aliens" meets "Ferngully") is a similar story line that's been used in Hollywood since movies began, but the way it's delivered in this movie makes it all new. It was a fantastic experience, and you when it's over you can't believe that it's been over 2 and half hours. If you go to the movies for an escape, this one provides it for you. Well worth the trip to the theater.
