This could be the best rock and roll movie ever! Scorsese not only captures the magic of the Stones, but captures the magic of all rock and roll. Buddy Guy is a true highlight. I love after his performance that Keith pays him the ultimate tribute by giving him his guitar! Real class and big heart that Richards. Also, Scorsese captures everything, even a close up as Keith blows a cigarette out of his mouth like a volcano going off during one of Buddy's most electrifying riffs. And Mick Jagger exudes more energy at 60 something than 10 other frontmen I've seen in the last 10 years! Ron Wood shows his soul as one of the two most important rock guitarists on the planet and we witness, via great sound, how the magic of those two guitars makes that unique Rolling Stones sound. Charlie Watts is awesome--no extra drummers needed here. And when the DVD comes out, if anyone asks you to explain what rock and roll is, all you'll need to do is play "All Down The Line." And you can say, "THIS, THIS IS WHAT ROCK AND ROLL IS!" This film is not to be missed!
