Outstanding movie !!

Superb acting by all and Will Smith was fantastic. Unique story line. Bitter sweet. Emotional ending. I knew what was coming but most will be shocked. Truely amazing to think how one can react to feeling responsible and guilty about having been the cause of a tradgedy . This movie is one of the best this year. My husband and I just loved it and did not find it slow in the beginning. Highly recommend this one !!!! Do not miss.

OK funny

Not hilarious but funny. So glad I don't have to do 4 Christmases. Vince and Reese made a good couple in this film. Also, makes some of us realize how disfunctional were NOT. Thank goodness.

Moving true story.

Just love Sean Penn. One of the most incredible actors of our time. His roles are so diverse...Mystic River, I am Sam, Milk...this is acting!! Some of the best films are true stories and of the human kind and this is one of them. A great reminder of what one person can accomplish. One can move mountians. Sad ending. Only one tiny negative, a little slow moving. Highly recommend seeing, eye opening. We are all human beings and have feelings & should be treated as such. Love of any kind is better than Hate.

This movie was fast paced in comparison to Wall-e, but still not what I expected. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of cartoons and animation so let that be guide for your choice. Loved the boodies movin to move it move it ! Cute !

Entertaining !

I love music of all kinds and this movie offered a variety of things but could have had more music. It had Drama, History......Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Etta James, and more, Chess records and the Blues. Found it to be interesting and entertaining also. (it also had my not so favorite "F" word) but still would definetly recommend seeing.

HUH??? Comedy????

Comedy??? What did I miss? Didn't fall asleep, but was close. I started feeling fluish and realized the filming was AWFUL.!!! Home videos are better. The camera work will make you motion sick. (not kidding) This family was quite dysfunctional but the whole thing was just plain odd. My husband hated it. I just don't think it's worth the $

I thought it was quite odd in the begining. As it went on I found it.........different and really liked Poppy. I wanted to stuff a rag in Scotts angry rotten mouth!! I certainly can't say it's one of the years best but it's by far NOT the worst. Different just different.

Super nice movie !

Great acting by all. The boy, Allah was awesome!!! (and what a cutie).This movie has a little of everything.............Drama, Action, War,and Love. Maybe others expected the ending but my mouth dropped, what a shock! A little long but well worth the time. I also found I needed keenex a couple of times. Don't miss it.

This movie was fantastic from the start to end. Loved everything about it. Great but sad story. Excellent acting by all .......... and the kids........wow. Great music. Beautiful and not so beautiful scenes of India. Got a view of the slum orphans. Good love story. Slum Lords. Drama and action. This one has it all. One of the best this year !!! Must see !!!

Excellent BUT Heartbreaking

This movie was fantastic ! Everyone should see this so that no one forgets. Hatred and pedjudice is a learned emotion and obviously these two sweet innocent boys had not learned this yet and could not understand. Awfull ending.... bring kleenex. A movie that will stay with you and leave you touched !
