Loved this movie! A bit different from the books, though. But oh well. I rate it 5 stars, maybe 10! But one boy had an English accent, and the rest of the family didn't? Weird, at least 4 me.
I was very excited to be seeing this movie. But, when I walked out, I thought, Eh. Wasn't what I thought it would be. A problem was, it didnt have nearly as many "Behind the Scenes" footage as I thought. And wasn't Billy Ray Cyrus supposed to perform? All in all, I give this movie a 3.5 rating.
I loved this movie! I am not a big fan of fairy tales, but I decided to give this movie a chance. Boy, I'm glad I did. It WAS a fairy tale, but with a modern twist. I also think that adding Carrie Underwood's voice at the end, the song "Ever Ever After", was also brilliant.
What is this? What is this world coming to? This movie is a bad influence on children! Witches? A "Magic Compass?" And all that violence at the end? To all of you movie goers who have children and are thinking about taking them to see this movie, please take my word of advice, DO NOT TAKE THEM NOR YOURSELF TO SEE THIS HEAP OF GARBAGE!
