Laughed a lot and cried a little

Hadn't heard raving reviews so I expected it to be good, not great. Was pleasantly surprised! I loved Nancy Meyers movie "Something's Gotta Give" and as an interior designer, I was interested in this movie's set decoration, which was wonderful! Went with my husband. Laughed our a** off. we both agreed it was funny, thought-provoking, and touching. Meryl Streep is my favorite actress; she always makes her characters into real people with depth. I could totally relate to her character. Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin are not my favorite actors, but I loved them in this movie - they were perfect! Loved all the characters - all the acting was superb. I highly recommend this movie - perfect kind to discuss afterwards over coffee.
