I thought the idea of the movie was great, but there was a LOT of unnessary violence in it. The scene with the Professor taking a saw to Chuck's head in order to remove his brain made me cringe for my kids. And I also was apalled to hear the word "fricken" used, loudly & clearly. Most of the movie was really cute -I just don't see the need for the excessive amount of "blowing things up".
Yes, I recommend this movie.
