Confused and improbable

I liked all the actors and the premise, but the movie tried so hard to confuse its characters on who was scamming who that the audience winds up confused, too. And there are highly improbable shooting sequences like in a cartoon--lots of bullets and no one gets hurt.
I went with four people; one hated it, two thought it OK, and I kind of liked it but would hesitate to recommend it.
