The movie overall was pretty good. I felt it was more like a broadway play and not a movie. My 5 and 8 year old daughters loved it. It dragged in a couple of spots. One too many ballads. Dancing was great. Ashley Tisdale's dresses a little too short. Disney needs to remember this is for a younger audience not older teens.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
