This was a pretty good movie. The script stayed faithful to the book, for the most part. The exposition was handled very well without slowing down the action, and the effects added to the story instead of replacing it. The acting was very good as well. My only issue with this movie was the overuse of the handheld camera effects throughout the movie. I can understand the use of this effect to make the action more dramatic, but it was used way too much throughout the entire film. Please be aware of this if you suffer from motion sickness.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
