I loved the movie. I went yesterday morning while my daughter was in school. Wanted to make sure it was appropriate for her before I let her see it. Did the same with the books! I am actually on the third and trying to imagine how they'll make that one into a movie due to someones size(don't want to ruin it for those of you still reading). Anyway, I thought that with the extremely small budget they had to work with that the movie was excellant. Was very, very close to the book and I know many of us appreciate that. They had to exagerate a little but it was a great story. Can't wait for the next one and looking forward to DVD release already.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
