I will never forgive David Yates for Dumbledore's death scene (Harry just looked like a weenie and there was nowhere near the emotion needed - and where was the DA and the fights??? Those were important!)... However, this movie was excellent! It kept moving, had lots of depth and detail and felt like an appropriate movie for the book. I am extremely happy with this one and am relieved to know that it did the series some justice! The ONLY complaint I can think of was a handheld camera scene outside the burrow with Ron and Harry (and deplorable focusing techniques)... which is not bad for a 2.5 hour movie! Go see it, then go see it again! Can't wait for part two!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
