What can be said about this second installment? It tries to do everything the first one did, but you see it coming this time around. Its like a drug user who wants his next fix to be as good as the first, but it just isn't possible. There isn't much in theaters worth seeing at the moment, so if you dug the 1st Hangover, then I guess this will do the job for the moment. It will just leave you wondering why they even tried to make a sequel.
Funny at times. There is plenty of action, but Loki seems to be off for some reason. He doesn't seem to be evil enough. Not sure if the 3D was necessary, but it was nice. Most hyped movie of the year so far, but a VERY simple story.
Basically the plot of Titanic, only on a train. Chris Waltz in a fantastic act again in this one. Decent movie, but I can't help but think the same plot has been rehashed many times before.
There are quite a few parts that might scare young children, but other than that, it was perfect. Great commentary and plot action that is better than some human centered films.
Aside from a few plot holes here and there, this was a decent action/suspense movie. Packed the theater on a Tuesday night after being out for 2 or 3 weeks. A little bit of a "Bourne" feeling in this flick. The soundtrack alone is worth the price of admission.
Lots of drinking and vulgarity. If you like Russell Brand's other movies, then you will like this one. Decent enough plot, even though it is cliche. Worth checking out.
I like the fact that Depp voiced Rango, but that is where my fondness of this film stops. The story is nothing special, but the animation is very well done. Rango reminds me a bit of Don Knotts for some reason. The movie seems incomplete, but I still thought it was OK for a matinee price.
