Chaotic

The first 1/2 hour is given away in the previews. The rest of the movie is chaotic. The camera changes scenes so fast sometimes, that you will be trying to figure out what just happened. Before you can figure it out, the scene changes yet again. The movie never explains why Samuel Jackson's character is after Christensen, or who he works for. There is a love story in there that never quite takes off. You will leave the theater wondering what the heck it is that you just saw.

One of my favorite movies of all time!

I'm not even a fan of musicals, and I absolutely loved this movie! So good, I saw it 4 times!
Just when you thought you had seen all that Depp and Burton could create, they break the mold in spectacular fashion. I was completely captivated from the opening scene. You wouldn't expect the cast, which is the best cast I've seen in years, to sing as exceptionally as they have.
The gore may offend some, but its nothing of a stretch from what the average movie has nowadays.

Great statement on life

Life is to be enjoyed. This movie brings together great acting with a great plot. The story says that life isn't always fair, but you can lay down and take it, or you can experience life as much as you can. This movie will make you take an introspective inventory of your life no matter how old you are. It will even make you laugh a few times.
If you don't like this movie, then you don't like cakes, rainbows, and sunshine.

Juno - you won't like it

If you are 13-21, you will probably love this movie. Otherwise, see something else. This movie is about a bratty care-free teen who makes teenager mistakes and has teenager cares and concerns. Don't be fooled by the previews. This movie can barely stay on track of the plot and makes you wonder why you should care about the characters or the outcome. This movie was not funny or moving, and disappointed me.

Cheap entertaining satire

This movie is what you would expect. You aren't going to get an Oscar performance, but if you can laugh at some of the current events in the news and entertainment industry, then you will enjoy this movie. As long as your expectations aren't sky-high, and you know what genre of movie this is, you should get some laughs out of this flick. If you liked "scary movie", you will like this.

Definitely one of Stallone's best

This Rambo movie was absolutely awesome. The story was great, the action scenes were superb. The pace of the movie is what makes it so good. It starts out slow and eventually snowballs into Rambawesomeness!
Its not just the mindless killing that I expected. Even though Stallone is aging, you totally forget that you are watching a guy past his prime. This movie hits every note you expect it to and more.

I almost had to leave

I was going to walk out of this movie because the shaking camera was almost too much to take. I usually have a tolerance for this type of movie and even I had a hard time. The story was "so so", nothing special. It could have been scripted by a 6th grader. The acting isn't anything special either. If you saw the previews, then you basically saw the entire movie. Definitely the worst movie I have ever paid to see in 2008.
