Absolutely Breathtaking

Having read all of the books - I have waited what seems like forever to see the visual rendition of this book - and again, was NOT disappointed. Not only did they capture the essence of the story with intense acting, incredible scenery and visual effects, but also with awesome music. Now the hard part is going to be waiting to see Part II. Until then, I will have to see this again in the theater at least one more time. I will definitely own this one on DVD too.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This movie stayed very true to the book. The details that were included made for an incredibly awesome experience. There could have been a little more development of the story between Sam, Emily and Leah, but otherwise, the story was so close to the experience of reading Stephenie Meyer's fantastic and well written story. I applaud both Robert Pattinson (Edward) and Taylor Lautner (Jacob) for the development of their characters. I love this series, love this movie and cannot wait to see it again and again until part one of Breaking Dawn comes out next November!

Go see it. Graphics are incredible, the acting is fantastic, the lighting is perfect, and the story is true to the book (read the books though, they have to leave out so much detail, you are missing an incredibly large amount of detail by NOT reading the books!). I will probably see it at the theater at least one more time, and will wait with great anticipation for the DVD to come out ... so we can watch it over and over and over again!
