Fun Movie to See!!

This was a very enjoyable movie to watch (except for the snakes!!!). After sitting through Black Swan it was nice to relax and have a couple of laughs. The friendship and respect developed between both Matt Damon and Hailee Steinfeld and Jeff Bridges and Hailee Steinfield was touching. Loved that aspect!!
We are some of the last of our friends to see it and all of them have told us how great it was and to go see it. They were right!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I went to this movie to see for myself whether it was worthy of all the hype. It is not. While the acting is wonderful the movie is slow and has gratuitous sex. I am certainly not a prude and appreciate some sex in a film if it is warranted. However, the sex in this movie was not a necessary part of telling the story and would have been better left out.
I also thought the movie was hard to follow sometimes. I think there was more to the mother/daughter relationship but I'm not sure what that was. Perhaps the mother was who drove her daughter over the edge because of her own problems.
Great acting, dancing and music but not a good movie for me.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

I really enjoyed this movie for the acting, the period costuming and scenery. The true story was told from a point of view that most people would not have considered - that of being put in a position of having to expose an embarrassing affliction with the entire world against your preferences. While it may seem great to be royalty, it must also come with difficulties as depicted in this movie. Also, the love story between the King and Queen was touching even though it was not the main focus.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
