Great Action Fantasy Based Movie

This movie had great non-stop action and constantly kept me on my toes! The special effects were decent, but nothing to scream about. I found myself tearing up from time to time, in a good way. I don't think this is a movie where it is necessary to see the prequel before seeing this one. It was easy to follow and the whole family loved it! The kids want to see it for a second time and I would not mind as well. I'll be buying this when it comes out on DVD.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Great Movie for Kids

This movie was better than I expected. I didn't want to see it bad enough to go to the theatre. I found the movie was great for boys and girls didn't seem to favor it as much. From an adult perspective, it was pretty funny at times and entertaining. However, I'm not sure it will be one that I buy when it comes on DVD.

Hysterical Movie

I thought this movie was hysterical and I couldn't stop laughing. We were laughing about the movie well after we left the theatre. My husband seemed to enjoy it, but not near as much as I did. Obviously, the movie is more tailored to a woman than a man. However, I was SO ready to see the women of SNL do a comedy movie! I hope they take on more movies! As a woman, I like to see more women comedians. I plan to buy this movie as soon as it is available!

Nice Sequel

I thought the movie was over-all very good. The special effects were excellent and the action was pretty non-stop. However, I would have rather been on the edge of my seat with this movie and that is what I was really expecting. I think the sci-fi twist was a little too sci-fi for IJ, but I think it was put together well and it inter-weaved with the story well. I would like to see a spin off with IJ's son. It seemed to me that is where they were leading it at the end.
