Best comic book film in years

In recent years Marvel and others have tried to bring the comic book to the big screen. Most were overhyped, over-budgeted and didn't seem to suck you into the story.
Iron Man is different.
You're absorbed into Tony Stark's world, and are somehow made to sympathize with him, even though he's a social drinker and womanizer. The CGI is fresh as well, and the action scenes run smoothly and are great eye candy for those not interested in a plot.
One extra thing I would like to note, and I'll take the example from the part in the movie where Iron Man shoots a tiny missile at a tank, when he turns around and it blows up, that is a perfect comic book moment, and by that I mean, you can just imagine that scene coming fresh off the page of a comic book. And that's what I want to see more of in comic book movies!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
