Valentine's Day -- thumbs down

This movie was star-studded --- but, with so many stars jammed into one movie, there was no time to bond with any one of them.
I think the rating of PG-13 is way off base. There is no way that my 13 year old daughter should see several of the scenes.
I do NOT recommend this movie.
