Well, I have pretty much given up going to a theater and paying more for my food than the movie, and this movie convinced me of my prior convictions....... I felt the whole movie to be just another formula romantic boy/girl comedy with a beautiful woman saying "c--k" many times successively to get attention. I found myself dozing off near the end, since it seemed so slick, clean, and predictable.
I am sticking to my ideals and waiting until movies like this go to dvd rental because that is all it is really worth to me. The only Ugly Truth I heard was the cry for a better script.........it's no Cousin Vinny, Sarah Marshall, or Knocked Up, that's for sure.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
