Oliver Stone does a better than decent job with this film. Except for Del Toro all the actors are easy to look at. The story gets you thinking about a lot of the different angles, what if it was legal, why does a rich girl choose to live like this, Best friendships when they are not the best for you, the informants, motherhood and lots more. Too bad the story has so much gore and brutality. I don't know except I will say some of the scenes are haunting and make you wish you didn't go see it. Overall, each character has great complexity and parallels real life people and their life dilemma's. Great scenery most of the time and in between the blood. Some pretty senseless aggression.
