If you are a fan of super - hero movies, then we highly recommend seeing The Green Hornet. Lots of action & fun entertainment on a cold night. Thumbs up by a 13 year old boy & his dad.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Very Good Acting ...didn't care of ending

If you like western movies, you may really enjoy this movie. John Wayne movies are much better only similarity is that they are western movies. Jeff Bridges may win the Oscar for this film! The ending of the movie just dropped; I like happy endings or one that keeps me guessing to what happened ... not in this movie. From the view of a teenager who is into action films, he didn't get a "kick" out of this film; parts were "boring" and not enough story line in some areas. We recommend seeing this film but it was just average entertainment to us.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Excellent "Oscar" Acting

Definitely not a Rocky Movie with the only similarity is the boxing and a little of the training. You can read a little about the true life of the two main "real" boxers in a December issue of Sports Illustrated. The film drops a lot of F-bombs ... at least 100 times; however, that was how the family communicated with each other. Wahlberg is shown smoking crack about 3-4 times ... yet it demonstrates that Wahlberg became a drug addict and his way of life during his "down years". Would not recommend for under 13 because they may find it "boring."
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Pre-sequel ! Good Story Line

SLOW beginning! It seem to take days before the movie really started to pick up. Basic family life until "things" happen. I didn't jump as much as the first one but I like how the story provided a little more detail than the first. If you didn't see the first Paranormal Activity, there isn't any need to. I recommend the movie during the matinee or DVD.

I would have to admit that after the first 30 minutes, I was confused. You'll really need to pay attention to the details about dreaming. The LAST 30-45 minutes lead me gasping to see what was going to happen. I liked the ending which was contradict of what I thought it would be. My 13 year old thought it dragged in the middle but really liked the movie in general. We plan on seeing this movie again as soon as it is out on DVD.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

A lot of laughs and very enjoyable. My 13 yr old really enjoyed it as well. The movie with previews was 2 hours. The movie moved quickly. Worth the $ to view for evening date or family night!

I recommend seeing the movie in IMAX or digital sound to get the full feeling of the action (sound effects) and music. Many laughs and more humor than Iron Man I. My family thought the middle part of the movie was slow with parts that seemed irrelevant. Definitely see the movie in the theater; it's worth your time & money. *** Stay after the 5 minutes of credits to see a sneak preview.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Best IMAX Movie & Awesome Effects!

I wasn't sure about seeing this movie ...being practically 3 hours (with 4 movie previews prior), yet the time (and plot of the movie) went extremely fast from start to finish. The coloring, sound, effects were amazing! My husband, who doesn't do well in motion rides at the Orlando parks, had no problem viewing Avatar in 3D. There is a lot of warfare but it isn't gory. Our teenager really liked it for the computer animation.
I totally recommend this film via IMAX, 3D; get your tickets early for this movie was sold out 3 hours prior. (As we walked out of the movie, many were stating what a great producer / director J. Cameron is, and that they will recommend it to friends.)
Yes, I recommend this movie.

We liked the movie because it had a good story line and didn't seem to get boring. It may remind you of what high school was like as well? Includes underage drinking and definitely s. material discussed in high school.
12 year old liked it ~ found parts of it funny. The adults ... found a slight connection in the corporate world too.
Consider paying full price for just a nice movie to see :-)
