If you are going to see this movie for laughs, don't go. If you truly know the story "A Christmas Carol" you should expect to see that story. It is not a comedy. It is not scary if it is explained properly and clearly. Jim Carrey is wonderful and if you go to see silly assinie Jim Carrey, you've come to the wrong movie. The 3-D effects were wonderful. If you have ever experienced the ride Soarin' at Disney you will love this movie in 3-D. My 8 year old and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great movie. Great story that never gets old.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
