I took my grand-kids to see this movie. Why? Because they wanted to see it.....again. Twice.
They sat there and followed the plot without a fidge or a fight. I thought the plot was a bit simplistic and a bit unbelievable and that's what makes it a kids movie. They love fantasy.
I liked the plot because it gave good direction. That is, it showed a bad guy becoming a good guy because of his love of the kids he adopted. That's a great theme for the younger crowd. It's better than those shoot-em-up themes.

I took my two grandchildren to see the movie. They loved it. Riveted to their seats the whole time. Lots of action. Good plot. And, it answers the question: How did it start? Well, almost. In any case, only the wife wasn't impressed. That's because she likes the smoochy kinds of movies and the rest of us love the action kinds.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
