If you saw Avatar and you're planning on seeing Alice... with the same expectation of the thrill of the imax 3d experience, I would knock that expectation down a couple of notches. If you think you're going to see a typical Tim Burton flick, know that it's going to be a little "lighter" than most of his previous work. I found myself laughing because of the cuteseyness more than the cleverness. All in all, I was a little disappointed. Sorry.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
