This truly is a 'must see' movie, whether you agree or disagree with Evolution or Intelligent Design. If you watch the movie, and don't filter your world view into it, it is NOT an expose' for Creationism. Mr. Stein makes only two points throughout - that ID should be allowed to be discussed. And that Evolution is on shaky ground. That's it. He never even discusses or intimates what he personally believes or even if he does. It is simply that the Evolutionists/Darwinists, etc. are not allowing honest and open debate that might challenge their standpoint. Those who call it a Creationist movie didn't pay attention, or are too scared to really consider that science might have something to say other than what they've been drilled to believe. I was pround of Ben Stein in his questioning and in the editing of the film. Unlike Mr. Michael Moore (Fahrenheit 911), Mr. Stein allowed the speakers to say their full piece, often to their detriment, but he kept the continuity of their interviews, and he did not "cut-n-paste" to make them seem to say something other than what they did. Why? Because Mr. Stein was not afraid to allow the truth and the science to speak for itself unlike Mr. Moore. Please see this movie and ask others to see it. Again, agree or disagree, but talk about it. At least be open enough to realize that both sides have some science and deserve equal time. To call us a nation of freedom and truth and then allow our schools, courts, and media to not even consider another option is ludicrous at best, criminal at worst.
