A great family movie

I saw this with my husband and 12 year old son. We all enjoyed the entire movie. I think that preschool children would probably be scared at some points in the movie but older children wouldn't. I'm happy that there wasn't any bad language or innuendo that some movies throw in for adults. I would recommend this to families with elementary age & up children and also adults who want to see a good movie.

Positive Message for Kids

This movie was enjoyed by children and adults alike. We saw the 3D version, which made it even more fun. No bad language and a moral lesson to dream big and never give up. Also, it made a good point of wanting to much of a "good thing" and greed and can spell disaster. Highly recommended for families with elementary age and even young middle school children. Rated it a high 4 stars since, to me, it wasn't perfection and not sure if we would actually buy the movie to see over and over again.
