poignant movie about how the loss of a parent affects even the youngest member of a family. i don't think those above age six will get that part but they will relate to the imagination, anger and love that a small boy feels and eventually reconciles.

so much better than i expected and im not a star trek fan per se; definitely needs to be seen on the big screen!
wonderful story and just enough humor and action to make it all worthwhile. makes me want to see another star trek adventure made soon. the young kirk reminded me of a brad pitt clone but better acting...

Good movie; esp for history/WWII fans. Cruise is excellent but his supporting cast carried the show. Eddie Izzard again shows he can do more beyond his comedy. Compelling since it was a true story.
