Overall, my 8 year daughter and I really enjoyed this movie and we were very entertained. As others noted there were some mature themes throughout. The few sexual references were not overt. The references to death were less subtle (and at least for me) ended up in several questions from my daughter (Mom....what does death smell like?). The MPAA PG rating does include scary action and images, thematic elements, some rude humor and language. I would agree. Parents should watch the trailor and read reviews, then make an informed decision based on the maturity level of their kids.
