I loved the movie, because I like weird, but it wasn't enough. It wasn't Tim Burton enough or Johnny Depp enough. What struck me the most is that this is where Tim Burton could shine with weirdness, and well, the story was just ho hum and nothing what I would expect from a Tim Burton movie. It was just okay. Not a wow, so make sure you see it in IMAX 3D to make the experience better. I was disappointed, I just expected so much more.
This, movie goes beyond words, and is one of the best movies I have seen in the last 5 years. Yes, there's some violence, and you can't turn a blind eye to what is happening in India, but it also shows the beauty and the struggle to survive. The movie is awesome from beginning to end, The entire premise of the movie is astounding. Well written and beautifully photographed. And well, all the actors were phenomenal. This is what some people of India are living like day after day, it cannot be ignored. A beautiful movie, nonetheless, DO NOT MISS IT! Peace, Stacey
I thought this movie was just okay. Jennifer Aniston is just not the drama type. Although this is a romantic comedy type movie, it just didn't move me like the book did. I love Owen Wilson. As usual, he steels the show. I don't even think they involved the dog like they should. The movie was just ok. Nothing to talk about for days.
