I was intrigued about this movie. Every knows Johnny Depp was in it. Bale pulled his own as well. The way the actors molded themselves into these characters. Depp, the nice fancy clothes and long coat. Bale, the worn out sherrif clothing sets the theme quit well. The portrayal of onflict was beleivable. Killing anyone innocent from the bad guys as well as the cops. The woman stands her ground and makes Depp keep his promises too her and that was just compelling. The remarks made " he will come to her or she will go too him" How many couples really have a love like that? The other gangsters not caring about what happens next was typical, however Depp took it to the next level. He BECAME Dillinger and you forgot it was Jonny Depp.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
