I had a blast watching this movie. Yes, it had over-the-top action that was in no way plausible, but that's what made it so fun. The banter between the characters and surprisngly decent plotline also added to non-stop 2 hour thrill ride. I definitely thought it did the original justice!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
