This movie fits between those that are excellent and those only good enough to see on cable. It is a very good story despite not having aliens, space ships, or bullets and bombs! Even worth a tear or two. Nice story. Interesting to get a little intro into horse racing and learn about a beautiful animal; and once in a life-time athlete in his own right. (I actually had a nephew who was a trotter driver but he was as big as the glue- horses he drove. These race horses are beautiful athletes).
Yes, I recommend this movie.
