It's very hard to make a classic trilogy. Usually, the first film is the best, the second is a fair sequel, and the third is awful. Movie history is littered with such examples. I can only think of 2 trilogies that buck that trend: the Bourne films and the Lord of the Rings films. Now, we have a new example.
Christopher Nolan and crew set a new standard on what is possible with a comic book movie. The plot is intricate and well done with several surprises and an ending that had me cheering. This movie isn't as good as Dark Knight but how do you top near perfection? It tops Batmin Begins and is a worthy addition to the series.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Best Sequel Since Part 2

It's been 11 years since the weak Scream 3 and with an aging original cast, the makers of this 4th installment had a high mountain to climb. This installment starts out slow and spends too much time on character development. The pay off is worth it as the ending is surprising, creative, and makes sense. It's very well done and has me looking forward to part 5.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
