Imax is definitely the way to see this movie. You get captured in the excitement and you feel like you are really interacting with the characters. Can definitely see why some people did not enjoy it, but i really thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It was amazing.

While there were some part of the Gotham City setup that I was not the biggest fan of (the modern generic feel of the city, not the classic 40's/50's feel of the comics, the oftentimes boring performance of maggie gyllenhall), this is an excellent movie, and quite possibly the best big-screen adaptation of a comic or graphic novel. Every moment of this movie is exhilarating and gets you so pumped up. The action and emotions are believable, and Heath Ledger's portrayal of the Joker is hauntingly superb. AMAZING!!! a must-see!
