Star Trek The IMAX Experience

Well, I must concur with all the other rave reviews. It is a breath of fresh air in the Star Trek universe. It brings Star Trek to a whole new audience. As an old school Trekker (but one with a life) I was at first doubtful but curious. I must say the filmmakers did a beautiful job of reconciling and "melding" this timeline with the original. The cast and acting were superb, and the story well crafted. I do agree with the others - you must see it at least once in a real IMAX theater. Go to a midnight show if need be - you won't be disappointed. It's the best film I've seen in a long time. Seeing it is the logical thing to do.
