I could not believe how much I enjoyed this! Meryl Streep can definitely sing and I adored Sophie, the stags and hens and all of the cast. Pierce's singing made me laugh, but he's so gorgeous, who cares? My 91-year-old mother-in-law came with me to see it and really enjoyed it too.
I wanted to be Meryl! The supporting cast was great too, and yes, I saw the Broadway show which Ioved too.
Not sure how the guys might feel. Mine definitely wasn't interested. But I can't wait to see it again with my daughter!
