I did not read other reviews before I viewed this movie and so I had a completely open mind. By the middle of the this movie I was captivated thoroughly. I was unaware of anyone or anything around me. The films story line is brilliant as is Ms. Portman's performance. It is a dark drama and I found myself eerily un-nerved for a good 15 minutes after I left the theater

This movie was one of the best I have seen all year. Lots of action and good adaptation of a Disney classic.
