This film is special and memorable, truly a pioneer in reinventing the Western, Spaghetti or not. This predates the violent classic "The Wild Bunch" and features metaphors alongside the corpses and an unforgettable lead character who is both human and super-human. I enjoyed this so much more tha the recent movie it inspired, "Django Unchained." I pride myself on watching the best cinema has to offer but had never heard of this film and I am so happy to have seen this in the theater; it is a must-see.
Pros well paced, great story, unforgettable images

This is one of the best casts in recent years and is an engrossing and serious film for adults. A throwback to 1970s filmmaking when directors, writers, editors and producers were unafraid to rely on the intelligence of the moviegoers. Pay attention and you will be rewarded with a satisfying night at the movies.
