Great movie for the whole family. Moves fast. Plot great. Wonderful music. I thought they did a great job.

A little too dark for 8-10 year olds

Took two groups of kids for a birthday party. First 1/2 of movie too dark and somber. They thought it was boring and a little scary. Not the happy- go-lucky Shrek from the first three. Too bad. I would rent for sure. Definitely not worth the 3-d price. we went to the regular version
